Purchased Walmart Fried Chicken around 3:00PM my grandson ate it and about 10 - 11 pm developed severe stomach cramps, followed by vomiting and then diarrhea by the second day he added a headache to his problems (probably from the constant vomiting) this continued for 9 days more than a month later he still vomits daily and has repeat bouts of the diarrhea and stomach cramps | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Cramps
