My wife and I got takeout on Sunday night. We only eat out once a week, and prepare all other meals ourselves at home. Tuesday morning she came down with diarrhea and I did later that night. We had diarrhea the next 3 days and finally contacted a doctor. Stool samples confirmed that we had e. coli. We suspect the salsa because it was the only thing we ordered that wasn't cooked. It is now 8 days since the onset of symptoms and still not resolved. No other symptoms, just persistent diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
