I had pork nachos on 12/19/20 and got food poisoning throwing up and diarrhea and was in hospital 3 days to get well. Diagnosed by doctor it was food poisoning so bad I almost had to have blood transfusion. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
