Tuesday April 16th, 2024. Ate lunch. partner and I shared multiple sushi items including a nigiri sampler. We both had severe nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea that began hours later and lasted for around 24 hours. We also experienced stomach pain, chills, fever, and dehydration from not keeping fluids down. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Dehydration
