I purchased a Thai chicken salad, carrots and celery and a small chicken salad with crackers. About 5 hours after consuming a little of each, I had about 8 hours of continuous vomiting, diarrhea, fever, chills, sweating, headache. Two days later I’m still have nauseousness and headaches. I haven’t been able to eat much at all without feeling sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills, Sweating
