Pre packaged single donut from there It was a single prepackaged glazed cake donut. It was purchased from their case last evening Sat Sept 18th around 8pm. I ate only the donut this morning Sun Sept 19th at 7:30am. At 8am I started with epigastric pain, nausea and stomach cramps. I vomited the entirety of the donut at 8:15
8am today | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps, Gas, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
