Suspected source: Chicken and cheese quesadilla

Additional Information: I had the chicken quesadilla and started to feel queasy in the middle of the night and started having diarrhea. Finally threw up a lot around 9 am. I’m still having watery diarrhea :( | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
