Panini Causes Severe Illness - Wawa, Folsom Pennsylvania

Thursday around 4:30 am I got a panini at this Wawa. About 2 hours after I ate it I got nauseous and my whole belly area started feeling bloated like there was a pressure building. Then the projectile vomiting started about every (5-20 min) and diarrhea (every (2-15 min). After about 18 hours of this - being severely dehydrated I was hospitalized. Had to be given iv fluids. It is Saturday morning 5:30 am and I am still having diarrhea about 4-5 times an hour. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache
