I went and ordered it early this morning around 1am because I was hungry ordered a chicken bacon ranch quesadilla and every since I ate it I’ve been throwing up and having diarrhea none stop! It is the only thing I had eaten that day as well | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
