I woke up and went early in the morning and I bought a coffee and a sandwich. Before I ate I drank about half of the coffee and about 10-15 minutes after drinking the coffee I got the chills and I began shaking very bad. I thought I was just cold because of the A/C in the car but then I got to the store with my daughter and aunt and when I got out of the car I was still shivering and shaking like crazy. Mind you it was 95 degrees outside; which made me realize something was definitely wrong. With the shaking my muscles began to get really tight and my heartrate was going so fast. As soon as my heart began speeding up more and more I knew I had to get home. As soon as we began heading home I started feeling nauseous. We live about 10 minutes from where we were; as soon as we got home I sat down and I immediately vomited. I took my temperature and my bpm and they were both extremely high My temperature was 103 and my heartrate was over 150 bpm. I was so scared and worried about what was going on. I slept that entire day into the morning. When I woke up my body felt very sore and I had no energy at all. I had no appetite for days and it took almost the entire week for my body to recuperate and to feelsomewhat normal again. I knew I was sick from the coffee because that was all I had and before I got the coffee I felt
