Italian Hoagie Illness Strikes - Wawa, Pennsylvania

I ate a classic Italian hoagie for dinner. I was fine that evening but in the morning I experienced two bouts of diarrhea and three episodes of vomiting. I spent the majority of the day in bed with a low grade fever, chills, and muscle cramps all the while drifting in and out of sleep. This is the first time I've had this incident at this wawa and I frequent it somewhat regularly. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
