Ordered a cold hoagie with peppers, tomatoes, onions, a couple dips, and most importantly, lettuce. My brother ordered the exact same thing except without lettuce and he seems to be fine. I woke up very early in the morning to vomit, and throughout the day I've been experiencing diarrhea symptoms. I'm guessing this might be salmonella-related, due to the lettuce, but I wanted to report this as soon as possible so others don't make the same mistake. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
