Diabetic Salad Warning - wegmans downingtown PA,

After eating my salad from Wegmans I had extreme stomach pains and about an hour later I began violently vommiting, this vommiting continued through out the night. I am a type 1 diabetic and almost had to be rushed to the emergency room because I could not keep my blood sugar up since I could not keep any carbohydrates down after putting insulin into my body for the poisonous meal. I'm extremely disappointed in Wegmans, and they have now lost a very loyal customer. This is a warning to all diabetics and all humans who are customers of Wegmans: STAY AWAY! That salad was not at all worth what I went through. I am disgusted and hope actions will be taken very soon. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
