Chicken Salad Illness Report - Wegmans, Fayetteville New York

I bought a chicken cob salad for dinner from Wegmans Fayetteville on Saturday 1/20/2024. I woke up during the night feeling feverish but once I got up, I was nauseous, had stomach cramps, and felt bloated. Then diarrhea started and I had to run to the bathroom at least 10 times. I developed a terrible headache and was dizzy. This lasted for most of the day Sunday (1/21) and symptoms became less intense around 7 PM. I was too scared to eat anything and just drank water to replenish fluids. I do not have left-over product, because I did not think anything was wrong with it at the time. Since it was the only thing I ate after 11 AM on 1/20, the salad was the only possible source of the symptoms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Headache, Bloating, Dizziness
