Bought Cilantro from Baker Farm # 4889 at Wegmans McKinley store on 5/31/18. Served quinoa with cilantro at a party on 6/2/18. Three people who ate it had symptoms of GI distress including vomiting, nausea, diarrhea and bloated stomach with severe headache within 24 to 48 hours.
