- comments: observed testing kit on site however kit has an out dated expiration date of 2023. Kit was not measuring sanitizer. Instructed to obtain good in date test kit. Sanitizer was test and to be found at adequate concentrate of 200ppm priority foundation 7-38-005

- comments: shelving unit, hot table, and shelves of prep tables in need of detail cleaning to remove all dust and debris build up. Instructed to clean an dmaintain.
