1am this morning after eating Son of Baconator & fries. Most God awful, continuous vomiting until 10am this morning & maybe more to come. Severe stomach cramps, violent vomiting, severe headache, severe diarrhea. Wendy's was the only meal he had yesterday. Wendy's Son of Baconator meal prepared 15 minutes before my grandson consumed it. Called McLaren Macomb Hospital to inquire about any other reports. Rude woman at the emergency room desk wouldn't tell me. She acted like I was asking for personal info on patients! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Other, Nausea
