had single Dave's Number 1, with fries and a root beer. Three hours later I was attacked by extreme pain in my man parts, abdominal pain and severe vomiting. Second day, July 4th 2018. Still nauseous and have severe cramping. Vomiting has subsided some. Still very sick. My brother is sick also, but he has not vomited as of today. But he feels nausea, and cramping. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
