I have not at this point been able to make it to the Dr. for report. My incident happened on the 3rd. of July, 2018 at the Lewiston Idaho Wendy's Restaurant. I don't even know if the food poisoning germs are still in my body. I do have to bucket I vomited in and a food wrapper the burger came in and a sample of the fries. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
