Monday 1:30 pm Order: Dave’s Double Meal Noticed: lettuce had a large dark spot with a lot of light spots. Should have been a warning. On-set: stomach pains at 4:30pm. Puking and Diarrhea at 7pm every hour until 5 am. Back to normal Wednesday at 5am. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
