Spicy Chicken Sandwich Illness - Wendy's, New York

I thought I was going to die, approximately 2 hours after I ate the spicy chicken sandwich and drank a small glass of the "fresh" lemonade, I woke up, running to the bathroom, throwing up, all of it, my husband was getting ready to call an ambulance. I couldn't hold myself up and collapsed from the darkness I saw and the dizziness and weakness. I have never experienced such nausea, not even during my pregnancies, this nausea was from being sick in the stomach from spoiled, expired, I have no idea, but the food did this to me....I am never eating Wendy's again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Dizziness
