Severe Colitis from Mushrooms - Wendy's,

Portobello Mushroom, sandwich only. 3 hrs after -couldn't breath, bp dropped to 70/50, nausea, diarrhea, sweating, etc. ER at 5 hrs - dx severe dehydration - sent home - severe cramping started w/ acute bleeding. Back to trauma ER - 12 hrs -dx: severe infectious colitis from food poisoning. No other possible source. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Cramps, Sweating
