ER Visit after Spicy Sandwich - Wendy's, New Carlisle Ohio

Ate spicy chicken sandwich for lunch, started with watery diarrhea at 3 PM, then the vomiting came shortly after. I felt like I was going to pass out and got really hot each time before I threw up.
