Ate spicy chicken sandwich for lunch, started with watery diarrhea at 3 PM, then the vomiting came shortly after. I felt like I was going to pass out and got really hot each time before I threw up. Ended up at the er with dehydration since I couldn't even keep ice down. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
