Lettuce or ham or pepperoni or mozzarella cheese  Started around 2-4hours after eating. I got nauseous,then vomiting 1hour. Then diarrhea for 12 hours with slight temperature. Gradually got better after that. Only one person ate after that.   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Ate spicy chicken sandwich for lunch, started with watery diarrhea at 3 PM, then the vomiting came shortly after. I felt like I was going to pass out and got really hot each time before I threw up. Ended up at the er with dehydration since I couldn't even keep ice down.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
