Chili Causes Severe Symptoms - Wendy's,

Wendy's Chili''s :with in an hour got stomache ache and headache. Then started feeling nauseous about 2/3 hours later through out all night and next day. Vomited 4 times that morning and have had diareah since I woke up at 7 this morning. Still continue having symptoms today. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
