Spicy Chicken Sandwich Illness - Wendy's,

I don't usually eat at Wendy's, but I was over my aunt's last night and her husband bought me a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and fries. The next morning at work I started having terrible pain and discomfort in my stomach and abdomen and felt nauseous. Within the hour I vomitted, and had to take an hour long break due to diarrhea.. I went home and continued to have diarrhea all day. Horrible. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
