I ordered a small chili from Wendy's on lake st and prien lake rd on Feb 12, 2015 around 1:30pm. By 6:30 that evening I had chills, fever, vomiting and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
