I got the four for four meal ate it and a hour later was experience ing sever cramps and diarrhea I was up all night with fluids coming out of both ends not a very good night and today is just as bad!!!!!!!!! 1/5/2016 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
