Thursday night 7/28 at around 8 something my boyfriend got me an Italian sandwich with lettuce tomato and onion I ate half and then gave the other half to my brother. I ended up vomiting twice that night. A majority around 11pm and then a second time from 3:30 until 7am.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

5/21/2022 ate a bowl and a half. Few hrs later sharp stomach pains nausea diarrhea a lot and it was green took zofran to help me not to throw up. Didn't sleep will will cramps 5/22/2022 cramps all day don't want no food barley drinking.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Stomach Pain

Taco bell was giving out one free doritos locos taco. I got that and a mexican pizza. I ate at 4pm and at 330am i threw it up. I did eat dinner but when i threw up i tasted the cool ranch doritos taco.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
