Food Safety Reports: Taco Bell, Washington Road, Martinez, GA, USA

Taco bell was giving out one free doritos locos taco. I got that and a mexican pizza. I ate at 4pm and at 330am i threw it up. I did eat dinner but when i threw up i tasted the cool ranch doritos taco.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
