Wendy's
Warrensville Ctr Rd WENDYS in OHIO. Ate the Pecan Apple Chicken salad and next morning, horrible pains in stomach, vomitting, diarrhea ...but no food came up...was already in intestines. I also drank a STRAWBERRY TEA | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
