Ate at the wendys by walmart. Had 2 double stacks and a small chili. The next morning had stomach ache, Diarrhea, nausea, and fever. It's been 3 days and the Diarrhea is still present. The other symptoms are gone. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
