Wendy's
I ordered the 10 piece nugget combo with large fries when I was eating my fries, about half way in there was a piece of plastic cooked into them. So I stopped eating those and just ate the nuggets, and about an hour and a half after that I got really sick. Threw up every 20 minutes for about 5 hours and had aggressive diarrhea in between that. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
