Food Safety Report: Wendy's.

Wendy's

Savage Lane, Lewisville, 75057 Texas, United States

Ate small chili. Did not order a drink.. Noticed when stirring one.of the beans looked grayish. Did not.notice any issues with taste. About thirty minutes later, startted cramping. Within two hours I was violently ill. I.reported to.the manager and asked her.not to serve it again.if any was left and she took.no.responsibility. she.told me.no.one.else called to report it. I filed a complaint with the health dept. I spent four of my five day cruise.in.bed because.I was sick. This wendys was filthy, trash.in.all.bins were overflowing, at least a foot or more above, the tables (all) were dirty. It was about 11:30 at night. Had I.not.been so tired and so.hungry, I would.have taken time to.notice the condition of the restaurant before I ordered. Hopefully no.one else ordered chili that.night | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
