Chicken Meal Causes Illness - Wendy's, Comstock Park Michigan

Went thru the drive-thru at approximately 8pm on Monday June 13,2016.
My mom ate chicken nuggets and fries.
I ate a #7 chicken sandwich and also some of the same fries.
We were both suffering from diarrhea about 1-2 hours later. Continued to have stomach pains and nausea for the rest of the night.
I myself also had a slight fever.
It is now 1:30am (5 hours after eating meal) still suffering from stomachache, cramping and diarrhea .
Have not seen a doctor because though the symptoms are gross and uncomfortable they are not life threatening. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps
