I ate a number 10 (chicken nuggets and fries) at around 1:45, I was fine the rest of the day. Around 7, I had no appetite for dinner, but decided to have a little bit. At 10 PM I was hit with a wave of nausea and vomited every 15 minutes until 4 when I left the emergency room.
I was vomiting saliva by the end of it. Will never eat Wendy's again, I guess I should've known better. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
