For lunch on 9/6/2017, I ate a Caesar salad with grilled chicken. Later that evening I experienced severe stomach cramps; it felt as if I was giving birth. These cramps lasted through the night and were so bad I could not find a comfortable sleeping position. I also had a fever, nausea and vomiting. The lettuce in the salad looked wet, like it had been washed but not spinned dry. It did not smell or taste odd, but it did have dark green areas on it, like it had sat in water too long.
