I ate a spicy crispy chicken nuggets amd fries from the 4 for 4 deal. The manager refused to believe our order was missing items until i literally took the food from my children and brought everything back in after having left. He said fine I'll give you the other order and now from that order as it was mine I am sick. I had been running errands all day and didn't eat anything else so I know it's this food. No breakfast dinner or snacks just water. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
