Severe Food Poisoning ER - Wendy's, Nampa Idaho

My wife and I had lunch at Wendy's yesterday, 6 hours later I started puking, had consistent diarrhea, puked so much blood started coming out. Had to rush to the ER. Tore part of my esophagus from vomiting up this apparent fresh never frozen beef. If you are going to hire people, they need to speak English and learn that expired food is not edible. Teenagers also need to be taught proper food handling. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
