I love Wendy’s and this makes me sad to report. I bought a four for four meal double stack I left out the cheese because I’m lactose intolerant. ( around 10 pm on April 5)Thought that would stop my stomach from hurting . After eating my food immediately my stomach started to cramp up so bad and i was experiencing stabbing pains. I thought it was due to gas, so I just drunk a little pepto bismal and laid done. The agonizing pain was still there felt like my stomach was on fire | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas, Cramps
