Unusual Sandwich Reaction - Wendy's, West Branch Michigan

Went here today to have lunch, the guy in back with the blue mohawk over enthusiastically was pushing the pretzel bacon Reuben sandwich, so I said sure. Sat and eat my lunch, the guy kept walking back and forth looking at me saying is that good, it's awesome ain't it. Kinda weird I thought. Well, about 15 minutes my stomach started feeling upset on the way home, when I got home I laid down and it only got worse. A few hours later, my stomach hurts, I'm nauseous and I have diarrhea with the feeling of vomiting, but haven't yet. I also feel weakness and cold sweets. I hope he didn't do nothing to my sandwich cuz that is my thought right now because of the way he was acting. But If it this continues I will have to go to the ER. This will be the last time I eat at any restaurant. I don't have the receipt because the meal was purchased with cash and by someone else. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Weakness, Sweating, Stomach Pain
