Had a grilled chicken sandwich and fries, my kiddos had chicken sandwich and fries and chicken nuggets. woke up the morning after and had the worst stomach cramps. had diarrhea for the first couple hours and then I vomitted. Once I got all of the contents of my stomach out my stomach felt better but them came the fever and chills. stayed in bed all day and finally after some ibuprofen i felt better. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
