Additional information: I ordered Wendy’s around 1:30pm, and ate on my drive home. This was the only thing I had eaten today. By 3pm I started getting cramps in my gut and occasionally sharp pain. Then came the high pressure diarrhea, during which I had chills and turned pale. This lasted for about 30 minutes with the diarrhea on and off, then I got nauseous but never threw up, just felt like I needed to. I fell asleep on my bed at 430pm and had occasional cramping and pain with nausea. woke up 4 hours later feeling a bit better but pretty dehydrated. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
