Not sure I ate a #13 combo with spicy filet chicken and fries are approximately 8:30pm on 1-20-20. 15-20 mins later I could feel the acid burning in my tummy, so I promptly took Prilosec to calm the acid in my tummy. Right after taking the medicine I had to use the bathroom and had explosive diarrhea. My tummy settled down for the night and when I woke it was right back to where I was if not worse the night before. I had to call off of work because I was constantly running to the restroom at my home. This has been going on for the past 13 hours | Symptoms: Diarrhea
