Ate at wendys at approxomately 1130 am on june 12th 2018. The whole family ate but my husband and son ate chicken. I had a number 1 burger meal. I also had a frosty but ate only a few bites of the frosty where as the burger i ate the whole thing. About 2 hours later my husband wanted to go on a family walk i said sure but as i started to get ready i noticed some queeziness. I gave birth a year ago and have hormonal imbalances still so i figured the stomache issues were just that but as we.walked the pain really kicked in....i realized i needed to go home. I told my husband my stomach really hurt and we headed home. When i got home i told my husband i think i just need to lay down...lay down for about another hour or so and then vomitting began and pain so violent i cried out uncontrollably.....i broke out in sweats and chills and fever. My husband said we need to get you to a doctor. We went to urgent care where they gave me fluids and anti nausea meds....and it took most of the night before i was in a state where i felt even mildly better. I was sent home with a prescription for anti nausea zofran and a diagnosis of food poisoning / stomache infection. I didnt eat anything else that day so I.dont think ill.be going to wendys again | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Sweating
