Sick After Baked Potato

My wife got sick a few hours after eating a sour cream and chive potato. Her diet is rather strict and that was the only deviation she made that day. We have had numerous pro lems with this Wendy's and feel like we need to say something.

Chicken Salad Sparks Illness

May 3rd 2017 - 12:00 pm ate a chicken salad with nuts and apples - and unsweet tea - by 10pm I was feeling sour stomache - by 4 am severe diarrhea and at 6am vomiting
