Saturday 11-30-19, The chicken sandwich, The chicken sandwich poisoned 1 person within an hour after she ate it. She immediately started vomiting then diariea and continued in the ambulance and ER
All the symptoms & thankfully family found her passed out on floor and had ambulance transported her to ER where she is now admitted into the hospital overnight. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
