Went to Wendy's for lunch yesterday. Got the mozzarella chicken sandwich. While finishing the sandwich, it tasted like dirt on the lettuce. Today I woke up with nausea and am vomiting and have diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
