It happened twice, Burgers this fast food restaurant no longer gives you receipts so it is hard to prove that you were there however I did use my debit card the first time and my Visa card the second time on my birthday to prove that I got take out and I only got one order for one person. I live in Philadelphia Pennsylvania but it happened just 5 minutes down the road here.All I know the first time I was really sick within a couple hours and that was the third week in July I had diarrhea stomach cramps nausea bad headache felt like I had the flu I was sick for a week or more. The second time was recent August 28th I was sick within 20 minutes of eating the burger severe diarrhea vomiting cramps headache weakness was in bed for several days and it was my birthday and I decided to get a burger two times in less than a month. I live alone and have nobody to take care of me because everybody has passed away within the last 2 years and I was too ill to go to the hospital. Now I know what the hell it was | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Weakness
