6 years ago reported by user-qkqk9417 business

Wendy's, Hwy 160 W, Fort Mill, SC, USA

1800 Hwy 160 W, Fort Mill, 29708 South Carolina, United States

Saturday evening I purchased a asiago chicken ranch sandwich meal, ate it. It was around 10-10:30pm. By 2-3am I was up with severe stomach cramps. I took tums for relief and went back to sleep. By Sunday early morning I was vomiting, nauseated, chills, fever (102.4), severe stomach pains and headaches. All day in bed, could not eat, took advils, pepto and tums throughout the day. I will see my doctor if symptoms do not go away by Tuesday (Monday is a holiday so doctor is closed). | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills, Stomach Pain, Cramps
